The Softening Practice
Place a few drops of oil into your palm and warm it gently between your hands. Bring your hands toward your face and take a slow breath in, allowing the aroma to settle your senses.

With unhurried touch, smooth the oil onto the neck and décolletage, shoulders, inner arms, wrists, pulse points, and through the ends of the hair.
